I have a 1973 Hunter Compact II 13 foot trailer for sale. It has the oven/3 burner range, gravity type fanless propane heater, Norcold 3 way fridge, 3 solar panels on the roof with charge controller 65 watts of charge power. Has the built in toilet in the closet. Outside hookups for water and cable TV. The dinette folds down for a full size bed. BAL leveler jacks at the 2 corners of the rear bumper. The popup top works but a small tear in the vinyl at the back corner is repaired with tape. The heater is hard to light. The trailer is licensed by DMV with PTI plates. No yearly registration fee needed.

Reason for selling is I now have a bigger fiberglass (not molded) 14 ft Cruiser Fun Finder X-139.

I made a trip to Morro Bay earlier this summer. The leaf springs and wheel bearings were replaced this year. The hitch was changed from 1 7/8 to 2 inch. Wired with 7 pin connector. The spare tire has a board bolted on top to make a step platform into trailer. Also have the crank up leveler for putting under one of the tires to level it side to side. Needs new light for over the sink. I'm using led lights made for a pickup bed right now to light that on 12 volt. Also a large led is over the table. There are 3 ac outlets and 2 ac lights. Stereo car radio over the bed but wiring needs to be redone for that. I used portable radio instead. I haven't used the toilet in over 10 years.

Hi David... don't know what happened...thought I was gonna see it tomorrow, and them Mike tells me some woman from Grass Valley was going to get first crack at it over me...And if she didn't buy it, he would let me...And now it looks like someone else got it...Sigh
