Much less two in one day (there's one for sale in Vancouver BC too)!

It took a lot to convince myself I didn't need to run down and buy this. I've been wanting something to fill the garage space vacated by our teardrop when we sold it. Maybe next year when I've recovered from buying the new furnace/AC for the house.....

Same here Willar, My brother lives not far from Sac, and it's taken everything I got not to call him and tell him go pick it up for me. It's soooooooo tempting, since I will be there in Oct. And my thought is, so many people we like to spend time with don't own a trailer, so camping for them is a hassle. But if I had an extra trailer then they could just use it. And the barn is super big so I could easily have room to store it. But the reality check is, what do I need with another trailer? But it sure is tempting! Now if it was right here in say the eastern slope of Colorado, I would have already picked it up. Just for the fun of having it. I got more money than brains.

I've been a member of FiberglassRV for more than six years. These two Miti-Lites are only the fourth trailers of this brand I've seen for sale here. And one of those sold twice.... so, I guess that makes it three trailers total. A true rarity!

What do you suppose is behind the door that is to the right of the sink???

The one posted in Vancouver looks very updated and nice--it says it sleeps 3, where do you think the 3rd person would go? (I've tried to find some more pics showing interiors.)

--How do you think that door would be to use in bad weather (rain, etc.) Seems like a lot of rain could blow in there, but I suppose you could have an awning or something for more protection. And I wonder how tall the actual door opening is?

Vickie, It's so cute who cares? KIDDING!

Ok your ? about the door to the right of the sink, I wondered about that to, but came to the conclusion it's probably the closet.

Sleeping 3, I am thinking snuggling.

As far as the door, when it's raining/bad weather I actually think this door would be better than the doors that are on most trailers, Like the one on the casita, swings out like a normal door in a home. Believe me, if it's raining like kittens and puppy's, no open door is a good door. Agree that a awning would be great protection. Again, it's soooooooo cute!

Haven't been around as long as Donna, but I use to do a lot of serching even after we bought our Casita and I have never seen one of these come up. So totally agree it's a rare buy.

Thanks for your info Robin! It IS stinkin cute, isn't it? After reading Karalyn's post about her "rainy" camping trip---I'm trying to be very analytical when I see something I might want. Being a woman, I DON'T LIKE BEING ANALYTICAL--I just want to fill my desires (LOL) It would be fun having something that very few others have. And I bet it would fit in the garage (I am one of those who have the dreaded HOA!)

You know what I really want??? The Geographic! I've even got the article about the gentleman who bought the one in CA and restored it on my "Favorites" so I can just click and drool! I wish someone would pick up making those again (probably not the best economy to do that, and they'd have to make the molds all over, as they were destroyed in a fire---what's with the fire's in those plants, anywhy?!?!?)

OK, back to work cleaning my desk and dreaming about the camper I will someday (soon?) find!

Robin,

Have you seen the pics of the one in Vancouver? I looked on the Vancouver BC craigslist. Where the closet (thanks for calling) is on the first one, the BC one has cabinets. It is sooooooo cool! You're gonna have to get ONE of them (at least!)

I have to type in 1984 Miti-lite in the search to get it to come up.

Went to check out this trailer on Wednesday.

Would have purchased it ....

BUT

The seller is NOT the registered owner or PTI title holder.
As always, buyer beware. I passed with the only cost to me being a 5 hour drive.
