Ah, Gina - you have done so many wonderful & special mods to Shady Bush II, you surely won't have any trouble finding the right 'home' for it at your firm asking price. In fact, if we weren't already happily wandering with our Scamp, I'd already have raided the savings acct and saved you the tow to San Dieog for storage! We look forward to seeing you and the McMansion in July, and know you will have soooo many great adventures with this new outfit. Take care, L 'n D

Uhhhh.... Gina,
Have you sold the "Shady Bush II" yet?

..... if I send you a check, would you be able to store her till summer?? (...or arrange "VERY" reasonable storage arrangements....)
Please advise..... (you did say she has brakes? .... round 7 prong plug?)
Jack

There are several fiberglass trailers on ebay right now - two Burros, a Scamp, an Amerigo, a Scampster, and something that looks like a Boler to me, but the seller is not sure what it is.

Gina, FYI, I can find your trailer on ebay by linking the above, but if anyone is on Ebay and asks for Burro RV, Burro Trailer or Burro Travel Trailer, it does not come up. Looks like another Burro is getting some pretty good prices, so you might check your listing.

Christi, eBay has a funny quirk .. keyword searches don't show your ad for several hours after your listing starts.

It's findable now tho. I have been checking all day!

Gina,
I know its hard to see the little Burro go. Think of all the things you learned from having it and fixing it up that will be useful with this new rig...I wish I could have all your experienced knowledge as I do stuff to my little Boler. But then, I usually find answers to all I can ask on here! Glad to see it went so quickly. And I do hope the buyers will be members here if not already!

He is going to a new home in the Pacific Northwest, in Sequim, which warms my heart.

No, the buyer had not heard of us, but he has now!

I got a frantic email from him while the auction was still going saying he had tried to Buy It Now, but paypal was acting up. He gave me his phone # and I called. While I was on the line with him listening to his plight, not knowing what to do about it, an email came in saying it had sold. I had to tell the guy it just went. He was so dissapointed, said he had been looking for a Burro or two years, oh dear. I felt so bad for him.

I checked the auction while talking to him and found that the buyer WAS him.. must have been a delayed response. He was such a happy camper!

A good story with a satisfying ending. Looks like everything is coming together.

The logical next step is for someone to locate the mysterious 21' Burro that Howard White hinted at. If you could find one I'd suggest a Cummins diesel-powered vehicle to tow it. First mod should probably be a slideout.

Per, in my packet of far too much original info that came with the 17, I have the flyer for the 21 foot tandem, including a pic of it being loaded onto a transport truck.

The stand alone pic looks photchopped, but the loading one sure would be hard to fake. It is a black and white flyer.. I gotta remember to scan it one of these days!

Good for you Gina! When one door closes another opens...hopefully that open door is cash out of Shady Bush to pay off debt or may extra cash to do wonderful mods to the McMansion...I see you're already busy redecorating

Hummm, be sure to invite the new owner of Shady Bush to the NOG! Even if you can't make it a "small piece of you," can surely come
