SOLD ~ My 1974 17' Boler is up for sale

I have desided to sell my boler. I have too many toys and something has to go (so my wife told me). It is a 1974 17 foot is a great starting unit ready to camp but could use a little love. I have done a lot of work to it sine I bought it new parts include water pump, tires, awning, table, cushions and mattress (need to be altered), Lp tanks , LP pig tails Lp regulator, tires and I had the brakes and Barings serves gust to name a fue. As part of the deal im including 550 lb equitation hitch and a sway control that is only about 3 years old and worth about $1000 new. I also have some extra parts that are not on the trailer but for it including lino, extra water thank and a copal of other things. I am located in Okotoks Alberta Canada (south of Calgary). What is the weight of your boler as we would be towing with Mazda mini van? We could look at it this weekend as we are in Calgary.
