Hi Crystal,
This is another one of those "Rare Beauties" that are hard to come by, I talked to the person who is doing the auction, and as it states, it has been fully restored. Looks nice, I think it may be getting a bit high, but than again it looks like the only thing you have to do is fill with your beach towels, shorts, swim suits and food and you are ready to create your own wonderful memories. Good Luck, let all of us know if you are going for it.

We may pass on this one. It's very close to what we want, but without A/C and 3-way fridge. I'm not sure I want to install these items myself, but we would prefer an older refurbished 13' trailer like this one with bunks.

if you want an ac just install one in the closet or under the bunks. and the refrigerator is not a serious issue. these just do not come up that often. i had a 13' casita i bought for $5000 and sold two years later for $5000. and two years of fun using it!!!

Btw, this is the Perris Pacer that the deBeaux's mentioned in the recent "Compact Jr. on eBay" thread. Same seller. Just to complete the connection.

I'm still shocked that thing went for five grand. Original 30 year old battery cooker, original (beat) particle board doors/drawers and hardware, no fridge, manual (pump) water, original nasty cushions on the front bunk, original interior lights, no house battery, and a hack job heater install. It's a good "twenty foot" trailer, but it really needs some attention and work to be solid/reliable and worthy of a $5K price tag.

But you know what they say about opinions...
