Is your trailer still for sale? Can you post some more details and your asking price? Thanks.

Here is the information I promised. I am asking $2500. My ex and I purchased this a few years ago. We used it for trips to Rocky Point (Puerto Penasco) Mexico. It sleeps 2 and a pet. There is a bathroom, but no shower. We added a hitch lock and also a marine battery. Tires and spare are good. A tarp awning is included(look at the pics and it is the green bundle with poles).
Problems: The table top has a few nicks where the notches attach the pieces together, but it works fine. I found a little water stains on the curtains so I guess the windows need to be caulked. The material that covers the walls is not attached at the top corners(see pictures). I never could figure out how to do it.
I hope this helps.

Pics will temporarily be at this address: www.casadeoromanagement.com

Thank you for the information. Perhaps I missed it, but do all the applicances work? Are the LP/12v/110 or some combo? Also, I seem to remember the Trilliums are molded in the color the are, so this one is green, correct?

Yes, the Trillium is green. I have used the stove, not the oven. I have used the refridgerator while plugged in.

Wow, great pictures. And I do like the layout. For a 13 ft. it seem to have used every bit of space very well.

I am pulling this ad from here for now. I will try to sell locally. People are asking many questions that I can't answer. My ex took care of the trailer. I know very little. I am advertising on craigslist in hopes someone from Tucson can come and look and buy it. Otherwise I have a friend who will be coming to check it out for me in a couple months and he will let me know how everything works and if everything works. Maybe I'll try here again in March. Thanks.
