SOLD-U-Haul 13 footer Trailer

I have a U-haul trailer for sale, the inside is in good shape, and the electrical and air conditioning work great. I don't know if the furnace works, as I have never used the camper in the winter. The outside needs some love--the structure is perfect, with no body damage at all, but does need a coat of paint. The previous owner also used butyl around all the windows, so at present time, they do no open. I am sure this could be rectified relatively easily, but I am just not motivated to do so.
