This trailer is in very good condition, not perfect but all original. Complete with porta potty and owners/parts manual. All the utilities work as from the factory. It has propane heat, icebox , two burner cook top, roof vent, no a/c. Bunk beds in the front and full bed in the back when the table is made down into bed. It has new rubber all around , spare tire with cover and propane tank included.
