This trailer is loaded as follows -- high lift axle, heavier load range 15 inch tires, three burner stove top with cover, sink with cover, dual 20 lb propane and switch over, electric tongue jack, all LED lights, vinyl floor upgrade, three way fridge and freezer, two way six gallon water heater, 25 gallon fresh water tank, dual tv shelves, outside and inside showers, foot flush toilet in bathroom, low profile AC with heat strip, gas furnace on thermostat, weather cover over roof fan (three speed with own thermostat), two sets of receiver hitches for trailer - one with sway control, one without, Fiamma awning, reflective belly band.

Currently in Nashville Indiana and available for viewing. We will be traveling through the northeastern states during July and so will periodically update our location.

Clear title, no damage, no repairs, excellent condition, never smoked in, rarely cooked in, available immediately. Asking $18,500.

Our 2016 Casita Independence Deluxe is for sale. This loaded (except for the factory microwave that would take up the largest of the kitchen area cupboards) unit has the high lift axle, heavy load 15 inch tires, power tongue lift, 25 gallon water tank, all LED alights, three burner stove with cover, extra TV table, TV with DVD player etc. Asking $18500 we are presently in southern Indiana and heading north. The trailer has all of the accessories needed -- clocks, outside mat, receiver hitches (2) etc.

The trailer is now sited in LaSalle/Peru Illinois, about 90 miles west of Chicago and 250 east of DesMoines. We will be staying put until midday Wednesday July 26 th when we will he heading north through Central Illinois and into Wisconsin. As per the prior threads the trailer is available immediately anytime as we travel.

Just to clarify we are in Illinois and will be there until July 26th. LaSalle is about 90 miles west of Chicago
