South MN Scamp inspection?

My wife and I are considering bidding on an Ebay trailer in Wesaco,MN. I'd like to get it inspected first as it appears to have some stains (possibly water) on the interior below the front window. If anyone knows of a qualified trailer inspector in the area I'd like to hear from them. I would be happy to pay for the inspector's time and travel.

These little trailers don't seem to last long enough on the boards to get an inspection, they just sell too fast. It does look like water damage, we had the same problem in our 16' scamp and it was not difficult to reseal the window. We did it ourselves but probably would not cost anymore than what an inspection would. The people at Scamp Co. are wonderful with help and advise.
If you really want one of these little eggs speed in bidding is necessary. Good luck and welcome to the forum.
