Posting this elsewhere on this site makes complete sense for getting a feel for the value and helping you decide but trolling here for advise is just bad form in my eye.
Wow! I was just thinking about how nice and supportive everyone is in this community ...
So as not to upset anyone else, please just send me an email if you want to discuss.

Please don't be offended. Given the difficult nature of buying a good used egg it is a bit of a tease to say that you might sell or might not.

I think that when most of us readers see a new post appear, we don't pay any attention to the section in which it was originally posted, (at least I don't) and appreciate the opportunity to respond to a valid question.

But, that said, choosing a boat motor over a FGRV ???? Maybe a 30 day course of Prozak might bring some perspective to the situation (Lol)

Hey Eddie,
It's not that one, but it is the same layout.
I'm off the fence. $6K takes it.

The one on eBay must be the limited production, Hi-Helium content, low wind resistance model, per the sellers comment:

"I pulled this with my 1991 vw beetle and it wlks away with it, 85 mph easily it only weights 1350"

Claims it weighs a lot less than the later models.
So much for truth in advertising....

When a seller tells a wopper like that I tend to discredit anything else claimed in the ad.

I looked at the eBay offering over by the river. Not in the market but if I were, I'd have trouble deciding if it would be better to put the 6500 in the BuyItNow block or make the 6500 initial bid so the next bid would seem like validation.

I was not upset and I am not in the market again either.

Sorry if I sounded harsh but I stand by what I said too,if you are selling it then post a price and sell it and if not post somewhere appropriate for that.

I guess it just depends on which side of the deal you are on whether my post sounds supportive or not?

To the buyers I think it does.

It seemed a little like saying make an offer but don't lowball too.
How can anyone else know what you are thinking? It is frustrating to see.

I am not positive but I think this Scamp was sold on E-Bay about two weeks ago. I had planned on going to see in on March 23, but it showed up on e-bay as sold a few days earlier. Joe

Since Zooman has not posted in over a month, I'm closing this "for sale without a price" thread.
