Used Larger Trailer Needed

My son and daughter-in-law are victims of the economy and want to start over--and I am trying to help them. They are in need of a used camper trailer, either fifth-wheel or bumper-pull, about 30 feet in length, park model or with tanks, in reasonably good condition, and fairly priced. If you know of one or spot one somewhere in East or Central Texas, please let me know. They plan to stay in it full-time at an RV park until they can get their feet back on the ground.
