Hi, Donna - Yes I tried the good Dr. I bought the stove from him a year ago.
Had a bad experience and will not be using the good Dr. any more, hence the request for a 2nd opinion
I talked to one of the interns and explained that I didn't want to replace the whole fan, only the grommet that holds the blower to the motor. He said they had the part, no price given, would hold it for three days (I was going to be near Sacramento). When I got there (50 mile detour) the Dr. would only sell the entire blower assembly and asked $100 for it
I know that if I can find a heat resistant 12v blower I can replace the old one for a lot less than $100. Just need a source.
Matt for the link to the manual - I, like Frederick, could not find it - it wasn't where it was, so to speak.
