Despite what appears below to be Doug's best efforts to undermine the Pot Luck Dinner on Saturday night we have had a very good response. So far we have about 45 people plus signed up and I still have to get in touch with a number of people who are not on e-mail.

The invitation to those wishing to have pizza instead still stands to join us!

Carol

-----------------------------------------------------------

Doug Wrote:"We have a group 'meeting' Saturday late afternoon. Carol is trying to arrange a pot luck supper following the meeting. ...many of us choose instead to 'order in' right from Jims Pizza (Italian fare), delivers to our door(s) in under 1/2 hour too!!!"

Dough Wrote: "I talked Stan into putting on not one, but two movie nights. Kiddies night will be SUPERVISED on Friday night 7 to 9(ish) and Saturday 7 to 9(ish) adult movie night (provided we supply our own supervision)."

Carol ....what about the idea of you MAYBE listing the food(s) you know are possibly coming and maybe also a short list of what else might be nice to have??? Might save duplicates.

Carole I have you down as one of my TBA. I posted a list last night of what we have lined up so far and as you can see we have lots of salad's so a meat dish in a crock pot would be great.
Let me know what you decide on.

We will be there Wed, Thur, Fri, Sat, Sun, so we/I plan on doin a mess o BBQ'n as thats what I 'do' best while glamping.

Saturday night is de fine ate ly "I Tie" night (Italian) with NO dishes (other than the Trailer Goddess) to 'clean up', LOL

Memo to self:

OK Doug - I will change the Steaks to Italian - it sounds good.
What type of Italian should I be marking you down for?
