Fine for you Doug, but it would be an 11 hour drive each way for me, just a tad too long of a commute from Calgary.

Jim, Doug n Anna-Marie live 'pretty close' by our standards (up here) but I do not know where he/she/they work. They both know where the Trailer Goddess works and where I used to work.

Cupcakes (on Brandy)??? WOW, novel ~ idea!!
What TYPE/kind of Chocolate Brandy???
The Trailer Goddess makes a killer hot chocolate sauce but it cries out to be eaten at least WARM!! It might work well with the cupcakes?

<NOTE: subliminal message enclosed, is it working???>

YEAH, I got my shifts changed- -so Doug and I will be out there probably around 6 on Friday night!!!

He works in New West and I will go [ick him up--we'll have the trailer loaded and hooke dup, so I can just trade one car for the other when I get home after work.

Then to hit the C R A W L of the freeway and the Port Mann bridge...... BLECH..

BTW Doug I work at Ridge Meadows Hospital--and you know how close that is to the park (even with the ferry lineup) but no way for me to park the trailer at work and we don't want/need two cars there!!!! So will just go home/get changed/get Doug and sit in traffic......

Do you think it might be a little easier commute to head over the 'Pat' bridge (almost but not quite as slow as the Port Man crawl and up that hill) head east and then cut over at some point (don't have a local map here in front of me) headed north to the freeway and the 'excite' for Fort Langley?

One (you) might/would have to be a little concerned (even in May) about heat build-up in that 'Mann' line up (ie: parking lot) and that 'up the cut', crawl. Friday afterwork drives home on that route can make for some loooong drive times. WATCH that gauge!!!!!

Oh, Oh... here comes trouble. Sharen & Simon from Whidbey Island, WA, snuck in under the line - filling a cancellation - to join the May 8-10 Ft Langley crampout.
We look forward to joining the fun! This will be our 2nd visit, the first was 2 years ago.
Cheers all, Sharen
