I love your work James. You have a rare talent. I can certainly understand why you would want to hang on to all of your carvings. Does you or your club have a web site where we can see more of these wonderful creations?
I'd love to see more!
Congrats,
Barrie

Now for something different. Here's three cookie tins and chocolate boxes all strung up for the grand kids.

Hi Scott. Great looking instrument. Did you make it? Sure looks familiar, Eh? Check out http://everythingdulcimers.com It's a great resource forum for dulcimer players/makers.

Ha, ha, Hi Carol Ann! That'll never happen. This is called a hobby. I make it a point to only carve what I feel in the mood to do. Taking orders and time commitments mean it becomes WORK. [shudder] This way I let the piece dictate where the art form goes. Whether it's a carving or a handmade instrumen, It's what-you-see-is-what-you-get. Next in line are a couple of family crests.
Looking forward to seeing you guys at the "The Trailerhood" this summer.

Have just finished the open wing Kestral as a partner for the perching bird. Now to make a single mount for the two.
