Cave diver [scuba]
Anybody out there a cavediver? Its a challenging sport and possibly dangerous, definetely without the training for it, but I love it. I live in cavecountry pretty much so its convenient. Now Im scared of planes and those bikers that ride on the shoulder with their backs to cars and people texting, eating etc are NUTTS! Anyways, I got a gopro mounted to my dive helmet and have yet to try it but when I do Ill share the footage with my friends on my favorite foums.

So I ride a bike through a big city daily for my work commute and it's full of surprises. But it's got nothing on cave diving! Bravo to you because even as a person who does the kinds of activities calling for helmets pretty regularly, I think YOU are the nutter! But boy it sounds cool.

Former Cave Diver here, I have over 100 cave dives. I have done most of them in North Florida though I did one trip to the Mexico and dove the cave in the Yucatan. Life and family came along so I no longer do it. It was a great sport but one needs to very aware of there situation as things can change in a hurry and not for the better if one gets lost in a cave.

I dive, but being cave or wreck certified is still on my bucket list. Not afraid of the small spaces but the local cold water gives me the chills. Pun intended.

I've done recreation diving. Search and rescue dark water diving ( which can be dangerous); always wanted to, but haven't done the cave diving. My wife just went diving with whale sharks for her birthday. This is a picture of her dive.

Non diver, but I love reading Bill Belleville. Favorite: "Diving into the Heart of a Poem." essay on a dive in Blue Springs, FL.

I'm a caver and a diver but don't mix the two. I have been cave diving once. At Morrison Springs. It was pretty fun. But that hardcore pass the tank through to the next chamber stuff, no thank you.

That's why National Geographic channel exists.
