Sometimes you see something on Kijiji that just gets the imagination spinning.

Today it was this rolling dual axle trailer frame.

That car looks kinda small to tow such a large trailer. I hope he has a brake controller. What do you think Bob?

With that lite-weight frame (see the aluminum bumper?) it may be under 1000 lbs, but I don't know the tow rating (if any) of the tv.


Looks like it will make a dandy above ground platform for a slew of Boy Scout/Girl Guide tents though.... as long as they don't ever want to move it...LOL

The ad said it was from a 1990 Mallard. In our tent days I always thought something like this could make a great platform for setting the tent on, having a raised deck, and a solid platform to carry the bikes and canoe.

But still absent is the 3 piece bathroom, hot water heater, micro wave etc...

You could mount a Scamp/Casita body over the axles and have a built-in deck following you with huge storage in the front!

Charlie... I always wondered what a Scamp or Casita would look like with dual axles under it! Hummmmm.....

Very nice idea..... Start up the campfire and back up the trailer so the hot tub sits right over it. In just a few minutes.......wha-la. Hot, refreshing, bliss!
