Maureen, Megan and I will be in site A16. We also hope our two adult "kids" and their families will be there as well. We have booked site A19 for them as well. We will arrive on Wednesday the 16th and leave on Sunday the 20th.

We'll be returning to OR Gathering for our second time, first in 2009. Can't wait to go get some of that Oregon Jam and catch up with everyone again.

We got the last spot in the A loop at A02 right by the wood bin and the Trash Compactor! At least no one should need to burn a fire in July, so if everyone throws their trash out before 9pm we'll be OK....

Greg, saw your registration come through. Actually, your site isn't real close to the wood bin and trash compactor and if they are, look at all the company you'll have!

Remember, this is Oregon... we burn fires even in July... especially at the beach!

Reservations for Bullard's Beach State Park have been open about five weeks for the Oregon Gathering. We've got 70 sites reserved. Come one, come all... fun times ahead!

WOW 70 units, impressive.

Anyone is Western Canada interested in a road trip, convoy??
I am considering leaving Calgary July 12 driving to Merritt BC, the second day heading to the coast by Bogachiel State Park WA, then 2 days following the coastline to Bandon, arriving there on July 15.

This is the loop I am considering: http://goo.gl/maps/eEnGJ

Smile Just a suggestion

Have you considered not going so far east and taking Hwy 97 through Bend, Goldendale, Yakima, Wenatchee crossing at Osoyoos and cutting over to Cranbrook?

The drive from Osoyoos to Cranbrook is beautiful.

I also like the drive from Goldendale to Osooyoos.

Get gas on the Yakima reservation it is much cheaper. They also have a campground.

There is Lincoln Rock SP

A number of us who come from the North stay at Champoeg State Park - its a easy day drive to Bandon from there. This year some I know of a few at Champoeg but leaving there on the 16th.

Thanks Roger, I like that route.

I have driven through Osyoos many, many times and down through Oroville, but no further south on that road. Thanks

Kathy and I will be joining this rally. We will be in site C54. My wife says that Bandon has one of the best quilts shops on the Oregon coast.

Norma would concur... She makes 2-3 visits in the week we spend at Bullard's Beach for the Gathering.
I used to hang around outside with the other husbands, but last year they opened a creamery next door - I have a hard time passing by good ice cream

I will be coming up from Las Vegas for this also. My brother (who posted above) and another sister all have reserved spaces in the "C" loop. I arrive on the 17th. Looking forward to it.

Heading to Quartsite later this week then again for the f/g event in February
