1999 17' Wide Burro Noob in WA

Hey all, I am new here, shocking. Right?
Ok, so I'm not technically the proud owner YET. However, my father has agreed to give me hos Burro once he passes. Ignoring that little detail, this poor thing went though a 4 foot flood and survived pretty well. I just need to fix or replace some appliances AC/DC converter adapter thingy. Refrigerator, furnace, and both tanks have an issue (a missing pull, a broken valve, a crack?). Or so I have been told. At least the stove and works. I had been looking to fix it up and take him camping since he cant do it himself.

Step 1 determine if it has any floor rot.

It will be a big help if you have a covered work area for this project , garage or carport.

Covered area...true.

At the very least, you could use a huge tarp and some sandbag hold-downs.

Paul set this up the winter of 2015-2016. It worked fine until a huge wind gust ripped out several grommets.

Paul bought a grommet replacement kit at Harbor Freight, replaced the grommets and carried on.

BEST
