79 Scamp 13' Needing some info

Wife and I bought this 13' scamp 2 years ago. We did some major internal renovations to get it camp worthy, but have not gotten back to finishing it.
Initial renovation included:
New floor (I removed the entire floor & replaced with 3/4" plywood with undercoating), new outdoor carpet on floor (no carpet on walls)
Refinished the bench seats and closet (Used 'tough as tile' epoxy paint)
Added 120VAC Air conditioner.
Removed water storage tank and 12V/120V/LPGas refrig. (it needs gas line from regulator to burner, but works on 120V)
New trailer wiring and 120V wiring throughout.
I've found that the "tub refinishing" paint is awesome for the internal fiberglass surfaces (counters, the closet, and cupboards).
New table, cubby lids, and cabinet doors (from furniture grade plywood, they look awesome and are still very light weight)
Added shelves to closet with Microwave & toaster oven.

Still to do:
Windows are in bad shape, but I'm afraid to remove them
Door sags a bit (someone suggested it is 'waterlogged')
Gelcoat is bad..powdery and pitted, needs a repaint when the windows come out.
Needs Refrigerator fixed or a 120VAC only one.
Remove Gas stove (we have a camp stove we use OUTSIDE the camper)

Attached is early photo.

Hi Darren, welcome to FiberglassRV we're glad you found us. All the things you're worried about have been covered and documented by members of this forum. You have nothing to fear, but fear itself! I'm a champ when it comes to pulling and sealing windows (with butyl)

Thanks for posting the picture!

Welcome. One thing you may want to put on your Check-out list is the axle. See how much room you have above your tire to the fender well. I would think being its a 79, it may be do for a new one.
