Cannibals

Fellow Cannibals,

We cook bacon and eggs 6 days out of 7 in our Scamp. The smell disappears, sometimes unfortunately because I love bacon, in an hour of windows open.

One egg, one piece of bacon and a piece of toast is only about 200 calories....

It makes me want to get up every morning...safe travels.

Pleased to meet you

I just left the carwash. Here are some pics of "Over Easy" and me. Can't wait to hit the dusty trail. Also one of our tow vehicles, 1999 Landrover Discovery (someone has to keep Exxon in business.)

Behind me you can see my neighbors Springdale trailer, it's at least 24 ft long. I don't know how he does it, I think I'd have a nervous breakdown before I got to the city limits. Isn't camping about relaxation and enjoyment?

Hole on the road?

Hey Tom, they say a boat is a hole in the water in which you throw money. So we have found the land equivelent. It's just money a wise man once said (maybe 3 times.) Its better to regret something you have done than something you haven't.

P.S. I would say the stove is worth much more so you can tell your wallet what a great deal it is.

North Creek

Thanks Dianne, North Creek is moving up on our short list of places to go. If you're ever on this side of the mountain check oout James River State Park it is brand new and every site is level and mostly private.

James, thank you. I am always wanting to know of New Places to explore.
I will check out James River. Still reveling over your Sweet Camper. Happy Trails to you and your wife.

Diane
Check out the "Hello From Virginia" thread, looks like a conversation is starting about a VA rally maybe at James River SP.
