I am looking for a trailer that sleeps 2 and has a eating area you can leave in place. 16-20 feet

Bob, that describes most 16footers. So you should be able to find what you are looking for in your size range. Have you checked our Marketplace listings yet? I've provided a link.
For Sale: Molded Fiberglass Travel Trailers - Fiberglass RV

You might also want to give a few more details as to any extras that you want such as a bathroom, air conditioning, etc. Happy Hunting!

There any number of FGRV's that meet that description. Give us some more details and we can help you refine your search, like:

1. What will you be towing with? Weight is frequently the #1 unknown bug-a-boo in selecting a rig.
2. Do you want to buy new or used? If used, what condition do you want? There is everything out there from almost restorable basket cases to turn-key ready.
3. Is your search age limited? There are trailers that fit your description up to 40+ years old that are in better condition than some 5 y.o. rigs.
4. How far can you travel to inspect/buy?
5. What is your approximate budget?

Fill in a few of the blanks and even more help will be forthcoming.

Am looing for a VERY good condition used. Must have Air, Floor plan with dinette and sleeping area. I don't want to have to turn main bed into eating area. Bathroom with fixed commode, not a slide in. Hot water and shower not a concern.

Have you thought about a 5th wheel?

You have a ton of choices at a variety of price points from around $10K to over $30K. Scamp and Casita 16'ers come in at the low end of the price and weight spectrum. Casita 17'ers have more room and bigger beds, but are a lot heavier. Escape, Parkliner, Egg Camper L'il Snoozy, and Bigfoot also make models in your size range. Escape, L'il Snoozy, and Bigfoot (as well as Scamp Deluxe models) have traditional wood cabinetry inside; the rest have molded fiberglass interiors, if that matters to you. Bigfoot is a popular choice for cold-weather campers. Egg Camper is all-electric.

Three important questions:
(1) Do you have a weight limit? There is a sticky thread in the General Chat section called "Trailer Weights in the Real World" you may want to read. Post #297 has a handy downloadable spreadsheet sorted by make and model.
(2) Do you have a budget in mind? The sold archives at Molded Fiberglass Trailers | Fiberglass RV's For Sale can give you a feel for prices. It's also one place to look for used trailers and to look at photos of different models.
(3) Are you "size-challenged" (meaning tall or big)? There are differences in interior height and bed size that may influence your decision.

You have also described an Escape 17' as well. Very nice little trailer and VERY popular.
