Boler Frame work - Vancouver

Hi There,
I'm a new boler owner. I picked up a 13' unit last fall. Towed it home with plans of grandeur. Once i got it home i jacked it up to get a better look at what i was dealing with. Found a few cracks in the frame and there it has sit for the last year as i had too much on my plate to deal with it.

Can anyone recommend a good place to take it to. I have a sinking feeling that i may need a frame rebuild and i don't have high hopes for the axle either.
That being said i'd like a trustworthy professional opinion before i hit the panic button.

The egg itself is in fine condition. Can't find any leaks and the renovations from the previous owner seem sound. It's just the frame / axle that worry me.

Thanks in advance.

Check Metro Trailer in Wpg MB. They actually build galvanized frames for Boler. Top notch.

Give E & H Hitch Shop a call & ask (they are just off Royal Oak in Burnaby) they do axle repairs and I seem to think last time I was there they were doing some frame repairs on a trailer as well.

Escape trailers in Chilliwack was for a time doing repairs on all brands of Fibreglass trailers but since their own brand has becoming so popular I do not believe they are doing that any more. They did fixed up a lot of Bolers with axle and frame issues in the past. If nothing else it would be worth a call to ask to confirm and for a recommendation. Not sure who they are using for frame builds locally.

There is a place in Enderby (by Salmon Arm) that has bought the old boler fiberglass molds and is producing a trailer called the Armadillo. Not sure if they would be interested in making just a frame for you but might be worth a phone call or email.

armadillo trailer manufacturing

And even if they don't, you can go to their website and drool over their trailers!

Just a heads up.
I got an email from Joel with Grandpa's RV and they don't do Boler frames.

Do you have any friends or relatives who are welders? I would think making a frame would be within the scope of most certified welders.
