Hi all, this site has been really usefull for gathering all the info I can about my new to me 1975 Scamp. My wife and I have wanted one for years and with a big 3 day music festival coming up in a month we figured it was time to take the plunge and get off the wet ground. I put a wanted ad on craigslist and 2 days later this guy was getting ready to list his and saw my add. Alaska prices are pretty high for damn near everything, but I am pretty OK with getting this one for $2500. I like to tinker, so I look forward to playing with my new toy now that the 1970 VW Bug is a daily driver and doesn't need much more. Talk to ya'll soon!

Wow Chad, nice trailer for the price. I'm thinking there's plenty of people in the continental US that would be HAPPY to find such a nice trailer for the price... so you SCORED.

Thanks for the welcome Donna! Pulled a Friday and Saturday in her and it was a fantastic weekend. The 4 cyl pulled the trailer with relative ease. Now I need to find out why the Suburban heater won't change from pilot to burner, and add the battery/charging stuff.
