Greetings

Hi All,

My husband and I just purchased a 1972 Trillium last weekend. We have been busy this weekend setting it up and getting ready for our maiden voyage next week. Up until now we've only tent camped and haven't even done much of that. We still aren't even sure what direction we are headed or what campground we are headed to ( I guess we should figure that out soon ). We have a week off and will probably camp at a couple of different places. Anyway we are very excited and have enjoyed reading all the information you guys have posted and seeing the pictures of your unique trailers. Any tips or suggestions for our first one would be great. Oh yes and we have 120 lb German Shepherd that will be joining us .

Welcome, good luck on your maiden voyage.
I'd hook up the Shepard and leave the TV behind.

welcome, nan! nice looking unit. where in NB are you?

as far as suggestions, it is often suggested to try an overnight in your own driveway first---that will help to show you what you need--what you have forgotten--and what you didn't even consider!!

as far as campgrounds, i can offer suggestions depending on where you are and what direction you want to head.

good find---was it local?

Thanks Theresa, we are currently living in the Woodstock area but are from Moncton. We found this little gem in Fredericton. We have contemplated heading possibly to Sugarloaf area in NB or maybe even somewhere in Nova Scotia. Since we are so close to the Maine border we that is a possibility as well, but think we will probably leave that for another time. Good advice thought to try an overnight in the driveway.

Greetings. Nice looking trailer. Tasteful updates inside. My wife and I will be on a road trip the first two weeks of September through New Hampshire, Maine, New Brunswick and Quebec. We were actually planning to stop over in Sugarloaf for one night on the way to Gaspe. Looks like a nice park. We'll be the Ontarians pulling an under construction Boler.

Thanks everyone We are looking forward to hitting the road! One day we'd love to update the outside with a bright shiny paint job...but for now we'll just love her the way she is.
