Hello from Virginia

I am looking for 16-18' fiberglass camper, primarily for fuel efficiency purposes. I am glad to see this very active forum and hope to learn more as I research and prepare to buy.

Welcome, Bill. Good choices in that size range from Scamp, Casita, Escape and a few others. Best wishes finding the one with your name on it!

Thanks Bryan, and I may very well take you up on that offer. I'm in Roanoke and happen to be off next week so look for a PM from me and be thinking about when would be good for you. Thanks again.

I'm up near Manassas. But have a 13' burro I'll start working on over at a storage place in Maryland.

Hi Bill
Welcome to the world of Fiberglass trailers. We're a pretty friendly group always eager to share our experiences.
I have a 17' Escape in Blacksburg I'm always happy to show off.
If you are interested, PM me and we can arrange a visit.

Walt

New Parkliner sitting on lot

There is a new Parkliner sitting on the Ansley RV Lot near Altoonia PA. Didn't get inside, but I'd say 16 foot cabin with bathroom for around 21,000.00

Parkliners are under 16' including tongue, so the cabin would be no more than 12'. Very nice trailers, though.

Thanks Sharon. We're headed to Virginia Beach this summer so a brief detour to see the Scamp may be a possibility.

Walt, I tried to PM you, but it said you have exceeded your storage space. I'm available anytime next week. Thanks.

Thanks Bill. I just deleted a bunch to free it up again. Sorry about that. I've never had to do that before.
Late Tuesday afternoon or during the day Wednesday would work well.

Good mileage here

I have a 17' Casita and I tow it with a Jeep Cherokee 6 cyl. I normally get 17-18 mpg.
