Hello, just bought first trailer. Not sure what it is exactly...

Hello, I'm Trevor. My wife and I just bought our first travel trailer. I used to want to get an airstream when I drove a pickup truck, but more recently I had become interested in getting a smaller trailer we could tow with our car. I had been trying to find a Scamp, but they are hard to come by in California.

We ended up getting a pretty good deal on a trailer, but Im not sure exactly what it is. It may be related to the Trail Mite, but it says BOADR as the make on the title. It says the model is GG. It's a 1972, and we are going to fix it up. If anyone knows what it is, I would appreciate the information. Im going to post a couple pictures.

Treavor, You might want to put the miro-flex tail lights on your trail mite. I can get them for $19.99 each. The dietz 77-161 not available any longer. 77 on the lens was the year and 161 was the light part number.

I have been having a lot of trouble finding the Dietz 161 tailight lens. Is the miro-flex light a whole new assembly?

Nice, congratulations. I actually was going to get this camper. However, when I called the owner and asked if the title was on his name, he got really upset and said he was not going to sell it to me??? I think I just asked a simple question, right? Anyway, congratulations again. Hopefully I will soon get mine .

HI Trevor, welcome to FiberglassRV. We're glad you're here!

I've never heard of a Boadr, but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist... because you must have one... I wonder if another Trail Mite owner could check their title and see what it may say?

Hi: molenews... I've heard that Cal. is good at using short forms and initials on their tags/ownerships. If BOADR is all caps. it could be the name of the factory that molded the trailer.
Welcome to fiberglass and enjoy your rebuild.
