Hi! Another newbie from VA!

Hi everyone! I've been lurking for awhile and am learning so much from these forums. I don't have an Egg yet but I hope to have one by the summer. The choices are endless and I think I'm making myself crazy. I really like the Escapes but cannot afford the shipping to VA nor can I take the time off to get it myself. So now I need to focus on other makes ... Sigh. What to do?!

I'm in northern VA.

to the Forum Lisa!

I'm sure others will chime in on options in your area. Good luck with the decision.

Hi, Lisa! You've come to the right place! About two weeks ago, I brought home a new ParkLiner, 15', from Gibsonville,NC. Check out parkliner.com. It's a lot closer than Rice,Tx.,Baccus,Mn.[sp?], So. Cal. or British Colombia, wherever Outbacks come from.

Hi all,

Thank you for the warm welcome! I'll definitely be looking at the Snoozy & Parkliners. Both seem really nice!

Lisa... all the molded fiberglass towables are nice. For you... it's all about needs and budget. Love the one you're with! (that's my thoughts anyway!)

Welcome to the Forum. There was a nice Scamp 13 with bath on DC Craigslist last week. I don't think it was on CL for longer than a day. Good luck shopping for your trailer.

Hi Lisa, Welcome to the forum. We are having a rally in Pennsylvania, you can see the info under the upcoming rallies section, look for Mid-Atlantic....

There you will see a great variety of makes and sizes and we love to show them off. It will help you think of layout, size, budget etc. Happy hunting

A rally sounds awesome! If I haven't landed my Egg yet (I'm seeing a Snoozy next weekend - very excited!), I'll definitely try to come by and see everything.

Lil Snoozy manufacturing team is attending this year again. They are great to talk to. So if you get your camper...still come on up for the rally it is one of the closest for you and alot of fun.

I've reserved a room at a local hotel (the KOA cabins were already booked). I'm looking forward to meeting many of you and seeing all the Eggs! If I land my Egg before the rally I'll try to reserve a KOA space then.

We will also have a Parkliner, another new fiberglass rv company from NC, present at the rally, either in person or a new owner will be attending.
