Hi, Welcome to the forum.
I also own a 13'
Scamp that I purchased new in 2017. A known problem with these little campers is they ride very low. Low enough to damage things on the bottom such as the front stand, pump and plumbing from the front sink/shower, the toilet drain fittings, and the grey water tank. I mostly stay in RV Parks and drive carefully but I have replaced my toilet drain plumbing and the grey water tank.
I just put 3" risers on my camper to reduce this problem. If you look at the bottom of your camper you will probably see scuff and scratches. You may want to increase the clearance.
