Did you try Dometic parts dept. If they haven't got one they may not exist. Here's some contact info:
Customer Support Center
Dometic Corporation
800-544-4881
www.edometic.com
www.dometicusa.com

BUT... Another source may be the cooling circuit rebuilders, Google "RV Refrigerator rebuilders"

And just to add a question: Why do you want a 12 volt heater, it's not really all that usable and the 211 does fine on propane while driving.

I think the heater element is both shore power and battery. So to run when plugged in off of 110 need to have the heating element.

I have a 77 Scamp with a traveler brand refrigerator, there was an after market company that had replacements. Seem to recall around $75 maybe? I had to use some Google foo to find them but then I did not have a part number.

Google search turned up a list of places that have that part in their online catalog. Some had it out of stock others like the link above it was not listed as out of stock.

All of the Dometics that I have worked with, that were three way, had two separate heating elements, one for DC, another for AC. Otherwise they would have to add a transformer to run a single element on both 12 VDC and 120 VAC. Other brands may differ.

Here's a listing for aftermarket parts for the RM211, both AC & DC elements are listed.
