Hi, I'm a newbie

Just wanted to intro myself. Just purchased a 1975 Trillium 1300. I have never owned a trailer before, but have camped in tents for many years. I'm thinking about trying some conservation areas instead of provincial campgrounds.
Has anyone camped at Falls Reserve in Benmiller?

Hi Shelley, welcome to FiberglassRV... we are glad you found us

I'm not at all familiar with the provincial campgrounds so will leave the answers to those questions, but I want to beat everyone else to say.... post pictures of you and your trailer when you get a chance... we love pics!

Shelley,

Welcome to Fibreglass RV. I am sure you will find many valuable resources here. Do you have any pictures of your trailer?

Trilliums ROCK!

Welcome Shelly
I don't know if you will get an answer to your question until spring. All the campers from Ontario are currently filling the campgrounds in Fla.

Hi Shelly
Welcomme to Fiberglass. I am located in St. Marys Ont. Also have a 1975 (grn Grape) Trillium. Working on fix ups. I have stayed @ F.R. in Benmiller, great c/grounds and close by. Hopefully will be getting out a lot this coming year. Had a popup before, lot of setup whereas this is park and open the door, well not quite but wife will like better.

Welcome to FGRV! I also am new to this world AND my first is a '77 13' Trillium.

I may as well be on the other side of the world from you though on the camping question. However, if you want to know where to camp in Louisiana/Arkansas, I'm your guy!

Hi Shelley, I have not introduced myself on here yet but thought I might reply to this thread. I have heard only positive things of Reserve Falls, Benmiller. I haven't been myself. The question I have about this place is if it was affected by the tornado that blew through this past year.

Hello and welcome

Welcome to FGRV. I haven't been in Ontario since Thunder Bay was Fort Williams / Port Arthur and then we stayed in motels. Although we did try sleeping in the car at the top of Lake Superior. Can you say big, black, hungry mosquitoes?

We also come from a tenting background. Our Trillium is luxurious next to our tent.

Hi: Shelley Brinacombe...Can't say much about Conservation areas. We've only stayed at Warwick C.A. because family have a "Stickey" on site there, and Saugeen Bluffs C.A. for family reasons also.
We're still trying to stay in Provincial Pks. till we've seen every one, and that could take the rest of our camping lives...and then some!!!
This May 24 weekend we will be in Point Farms Provincial Pk. near Goderich as the Pinery Provincial Pk. is always full of "Young" folks running about drinking liquid from "Big Gulp" mugs. LoL.
WELCOME to the fiberglass flu...its an epidemic that's hard to shake!!!

Hi there...I found the trailer on this web site. I was just looking and not intending to buy for another year or two.
The fiberglass trailers are few and far between in my area....had resigned myself to having a friend in Calgary find something there.
I was just playing around on the computer and the Trillium came up for sale in a near-by town.
It only had two owners....no smoking or pets in trailer.....decent condition and everything worked.
The sellers were super nice people...ended up buying it. The Trillium is at a rv shop right now being looked over....picking it up next week.
