Hi Sara, Welcome to the group, and I see that you live just down the street from me.

If you look around you may also come across a Perris Pacer, built in Perris a few years back and yet another of about 20 clones of the basic Scamp idea.

Clue us into what condition and age you can accept, and your approximate budget, to help us find something that fits your needs.

And, BTW: what will you be towing with. A few of the 13'er's get a little heavy on the tongue.

Hi Bob!

Geesh! There are so many fiberglass trailers I've never even heard of and the Perris Pacer falls into that category. I will look into it and add it to my possible/probable list. Thanks for the tip!

My TV is a Toyota 4Runner V6 4.0L. Age, for the most part is irrelevant to me. My priority is that it be fiberglass. My understanding is that the "moulded" fiberglass trailers tend to leak less. However, I'm not fixated on "moulded". Number 2 is a wet bath (I won't compromise on this one) Number 3 is the condition. I can sew and paint well and don't mind doing this kind of work on an old trailer. However, anything else is out of my league and I am not interested in a used trailer that is actually a "project" that requires extensive renovations. Price? Too many variables regarding what I would be willing to pay. How far from home - What condition is it in - etc. I am not looking for a new one as they are above my budget. I guess I am interested in "a really good deal" just like most people.

Thank you for the warm welcome!

Another search tool
Searchtempest

It looks for all craigslist ads that fit your requirements ( ie scamp/ casitas)
After you plugin your zip code and distance your willing to travel
Just be aware there have been a number of scams on craigslist

I am a former owner if a perris pacer
My favorite. 13 trailer as it has a huge window on stove side
That makes it brighter and seem a bit larger
Good luck on your search
After you find s trailer be sure and attend a rally...
