Hi there we're new here

So very excited to say we are now the proud owners of a 1980 dolphin trailer. Not a lot of info out there on them. We are hoping to restore Bella to her original beauty. Any pictures would be greatly appreciated. Thanks very much

Welcome, Jenn. Some pix of your Dolphin would be nice, too.

Hi Jenn!

Jenn, I just joined too and found that you can start an album and upload all your pictures. You can copy and paste individual image links into posts. Looking forward to seeing your camper!

Dave and Jenn - there are posting delays for new members who include links of any kind in their posts. Not to worry, the moderators will review and approve your posts, but we don't have 24 hour coverage of the moderation queue.

Welcome, Jenn!

Our little girl

Bare with me as technology and I don't always see eye to eye. I just noticed Bella's picture is sideways. I will post more pictures of her later today. Bella has only been with us about six weeks and she has already toured the mountains. First issue we tackled was the frame. I'm still in shock Kevin towed her home and made it. Thankful we have an awesome friend named Pede that redid the entire frame and she is solid again. Separating body from frame was a little nerve racking to say the least. We put together a quick little bed from pvc pipe and had our first adventure. Now that we're home again we're back to scraping off the textured rock paint that had been sprayed on the interior cabinets and ceiling. Slowly picking off the remnants that I would guess to be ensolite in the walls. There has to be an easier way to get that black foam stuff off the walls. Open to ideas if anyone has any.

Jenn, if you're taking your pics with an iPhone, they may not orient correctly when you upload them here. If you can turn your phone to "landscape," with the home button to the right, your photos will upload fine.

It's weird, but is a known incompatibility with iOS...and it didn't used to be a problem, so we're blaming it on Apple (for now).

Thank you Mary

Thank you and will definitely be using landscape. Apologies ahead of time for the first bunch of photos I will be posting. They are already on my phone. Presently figuring out how to create an album.

If you download the pix from your phone into a photo processing program ( pretty much any of them ), you can rotate the pix and save and post in the proper orientation.
