Hi, we are....

We are Bart and Kathy Mason of Albany, OR. We are long time fans of Fiberglass Rv’s. We have had a 13 ft Scamp. a 16 ft Casita, a 17 Casita and now back to a 13 ft Scamp. We took a break by owning a park model in a park in Florida, but we recently sold it and are back to the Scamp and traveling with it. We look forward to being part of this group.

Welcome, Bart & Kathy!

Curious... What made you come back to the 13' size?

Happy camping!

We saw an old run down 13ft and just had to take it hone and bring it back to life. We did a total remodel . My husband always had a soft spot for the 13 ft because it was so easy to tow and use. But if we start road trips again, we will probably look for a little larger one again. We really like the looks of the Lil Snoozy. It is too bad they are hard to find. But for now, we are happy with our Scamp for weekend trips.

Will post when we get the current project completed. My hubby built the coolest rotating collapsible table for it that needs to be installed.

This 13th foot had good bones but that is about all. No floor, no windows in front and back, no doors etc. Thankfully it had been in a drier climate so there was no water damage and rot. The fun part was hearing our adult children’s moans and frowns when we pulled it into the yard. It was priceless.

Now that comment has me laughing, over and over. I also live with that a bit, although not in regards to a trailer, but other things (motorcycles, boats etc etc)
