Casita makes a popular line of 17' trailers. Both
Scamp and
Casita make 16' models that are quite a bit lighter, but also tighter in the main bed. Both companies have been around a long time, so you will find used units at a range of price points.
Other makes to watch for include
Parkliner (only 15', but includes a true 60" queen bed, a side dinette, and a bath),
Eggcamper (18' and very roomy with a full bed and bath, but all-electric), and
Lil Snoozy (18.5' with an oversized queen bed and bath). All three are newer companies, so used availability is limited.
If you're on a limited budget, there are other vintage models that come up in your size range from time to time.
As I posted in your other thread, "lightweight" means different things to different people. You'll need to determine the towing capacity of your vehicle. This thread has some useful data on actual loaded towing weights of common fiberglass models:
