Hello,

I am Flint Stevens and I am addicted to small and cute camping trailers. I have been lurking around here as a guest for a year or so and I finally decided I wanted in on the fun and good people...and the Smilies

I live in Los Osos, California which is located on the southern border of Morro Bay (the actual bay, as in water). Besides having too many Morris Minors (small and cute english cars), Jack Russels (small and cute dogs), I also have a few trailers...small and cute of course! I should not forget to mention my daughters of 3,4 and 6 yrs...you know the rest.

Computer related efforts keep money in the bank and mechanical related fabrication and service work maintains my sanity and provides me with a little mad money for my madness/addictions.

So in my profile is a larger picture of my avatar. That's a 1976 Cardinal on the left and it is the replacement for the Compact II you see towards the right. It is not fiberglass, but it is only 10 feet long in body and cute. Also there are a couple of Compact Jr's and my current treasure is the 1965 Eriba Familia. If you know Eriba Pucks, this is the next larger model. A substantial increase in volume over the Puck. Is too fiberglass...well at least the top.

Yes, the San Francisco Craigslist Compact II is mine...

Sincerely,
-Flint Stevens

[b]Morris Minor!
Now there's a blast from the past. I had two when I was a junior in high school! A 2-door sedan, and a Woodie Wagon. <sigh> That was before my VW period.

Hi, Flint!

What are you doing with all the other trailers? You could have one per person if only the kids could all drive! Or get a big vehicle and tow them in a long line...

WOW! What a collection, I don't think I've EVER seen so many Hunter products in one place! hehe And not very far from me at all, since I live in Santa Maria, Ca. I'd LOVE to stop by and check out your rigs sometime, if you're up for company, let me know K? I just got back from a camping trip with some 'tent campers' a few weekends ago, and everybody was really impressed by my Compact II and all its amenities. Especially in such a small space.
And WELCOME WELCOME WELCOME to the website bro! hehe I'm fairly new myself, and I do a lot of 'lurking', reading other folk's posts, and just enjoying the information/comradery that goes on here. I bet you'll love it too!

Welcome Flint! You trailers look great. I like those two-tone color schemes. Can you tell more about the Eriba Familia? Have you done any additions and/or modifications to your trailers? Glad you decided to delurk!
