Thanks for the advise, a good clean is gonna be the first step for sure. And I’d like to keep as much of the structure in tact if I can as everything fits so tight and I’d have a hard time getting that bathroom right again if I took the walls down. What I do know is this is built more like a
beachcomber then a
boler so it does have wood between the fibreglass and panel board . The
windows have leaked and rotted a lot of that wood and it’s also kinda soft around the door.. so I need to dig at least that far to get the
windows fixed.
Luckily I’m a plumber/gasfitter so I’m sure I can sort out appliances. If the ones there don’t work I can fit new ones. This trailer also has leaf springs and flipping the
axle to the other side should give me an easy 3 inch lift. Once I get it a little taller I will see what kinda
tires I can fit. I hope to take it down logging roads to forestry rec sites to the extra clearance will be a bonus
