Idaho!!!!

Hello!!!!

I'm Rey and I'm from North Idaho near Lolo pass. I have two kids and that includes the husband.... One is 44 and the other is 8. One is housebroken and one is still working on it. Any guess who fits what? J/K... Been married for 15 years. My kid and I are no longer in tenting it and I need a camper so we upgraded! YEAH!

We were looking for a camper but just bought one 2 days ago. It's a 76 Bell 12 footer. It came in good condition but we are hoping to rewire it and update the inside with new paint, fixtures, appliances and wallpaper.

My husband can do most of it but I'm wondering how much should I expect to budget for this.

Well, this isn't the place for that kind of question but wanted to introduce myself and family.

Nice to meet y'all!

Rey

oooh we have to see pictures! And I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it's a molded fiberglass trailer of a brand we've never heard of

Thanks for the welcome!

I'm sure I will disappoint because it's bell. Ooops, maybe I need to leave because my hub said it's aluminimuminum. <--- Could never spell that right.

Here's a link to my photo album.

It's been a couple years since I've posted a picture online. Yes, you can forget. I'm old!!!

Test:

https://picasaweb.google.com/1165753...eat=directlink

Before from photobucket I would copy and paste and the pic would show up. With picasa, I'm lost. Can anyone help?

Well dang. I was really hoping it was molded, that's not the case. Although we're not snobs here, you may have more luck with your type of trailer on different forums. Because you see, our trailers aren't aluminum, nor do they have interior frames. That's why they're called eggs. There are a couple of classic trailer forums on the WWW you may want to check out, and these too for answers about your type of trailer:

I know I just realized that when I posted pictures.

We REALLY wanted to buy a scamp but the prices are way to high for us. I wanted to get this out of the way before school starts on Monday and this lil camper was so well taken of (original owners from 76) it came with a maintenance record on paper.

Not bad for 2K. We've already driven it 300mi and I just love how it turns on a dime. Lightweight too.

Sorry Guys! If I had realized earlier I wouldn't have posted as much.

It's perfectly okay, honest. As I said.. we're not snobs. But I hope you know that this is the best and biggest forum on the WWW for molded trailers. If it becomes tainted by other types... it won't be what it is....

All the best, truly

It's a nice looking trailer, glad you found it and hope you have great times using it. You'd better give that big kid a nice big kiss, 'cause he is letting you go RVing with him and that counts for a lot!

What do you mean, Mike!!

I'm letting him join me!!!!

bwahahahahhahahaha

He would rather stay home, play first person shooter computer games but he worries to much about his wife and her friendliness. He says my friendliness will be the death of me. He's probably right, I just love life. I'd pick up roadkill if it could carry a conversation.

Anyway, I'm excited to upgrade this puppy and I'll be good.

Don't worry Truck, The people of this forum are awesome and they treated me nice before I got my egg. I almost broke down and bought a cargo conversion and I was looking real hard at a vintage Shasta, but I stuck to my guns and found my egg. I'm pretty sure you're welcome to hang out on this site anyway.
