I'm Diana & I just bought a 78 Burro!

Hello,

I just bought a 1978 13' Burro. I'm brand-new to the world of fiberglass trailers (or any other kind of RV) so I'm excited!

The Burro is in great condition - the folks I bought it from had only had it about a year, and the owner before that had done a very thorough restoration. So it doesn't need anything, although I am planning to spruce it up a bit with new curtains, cushion covers, etc.

I'm very thankful to have found this site, as reading through the forums has already given me a lot of good details. Sometimes the sheer number of things I'll need to think about feels a little overwhelming, but I'm sure you guys will help me out when I need advice!

The Burro is almost identical to the Uhaul campers. Frame and wheel hubs are different though as are the tail lights. You could also join the Uhaul Facebook group as a few of us are in New York

DianaL congrats on your camper and do please come over and join our U-Haul Camper FB page. The Burro is a very close cousin to the U-Haul camper. Hope to see you on FB and photos of your Burro..
