I'm afraid at this point the best solution may be to winch it onto a Uhaul car hauler trailer and take it home. Of course it depends on how far home is.

I measured my tire rims, and they come out 14" diameter. The tire I have on there is an ST 175 / 30 D b

The chrome hub cap measures 13.5 in diameter

There are 5 Lug bolts that hold the wheel on in a pentagram pattern.

Josh will need to know the bolt circle measurement, all 5 lug wheels are not the same.

Wow, does that ever bring back memories:
Almost lost a wheel

Just in case you did not get the info you require:
5x4.5 bolt pattern with a zero offset.

I don't suppose you feel like elaborating on the incident? Was there any warning? How did it behave after you lost the wheel? Was you trailer damaged, other then losing a wheel?

I hope you vacation goes smoother from here on.
