Hi Theresa. We have one member with a Kustom Koach (that I can find):

Doug Payne's Trailer :: Kustom Koach and here's a exterior pic of Doug's trailer http://www.fiberglassrv.com/forums/f...tml#post224230

I think they're only partially molded. Looks like the roof and front cap.

Do you have any pictures to share?

Theresa, you may have better luck asking your questions on two other forums. Our gelcoat trailers don't have the problems you're running into. And while you may get answers here, you may want to ask the experts:

iRV2 - RV Forum Community

RV.Net RV and Camping Forum ? RV, Trailer, Camper, Motorhome, Camping and Campground Information

Good luck

Note on Kustom Koach

All the sides of My Kustom Koach are molded. No part of it is flat skinned. It is assembled from 4 molded sections.

It appears that the top and front are one molded piece, right? So I'm wondering what sort of patching was done, and why. Are there patches in odd places on the roof, or is this an issue just around vents and things?

Kustom Koach construction

Yes, the front and roof are one section. The molded sides and back connect just under the curve in the roof. No patching was done. I'm not sure what you're referring to.
