I was trolling Craig's list like I do every morning when I found this crazy looking trailer for sale in Olympia, 100 miles south of where I live. I had to check it out but it was so far , when I contacted the guy he said he had people coming to look at it over the weekend, so I asked if I come today would he sell it to me.
I made the drive and man was it worth it. I gave the guy 1000.00 for it and towed it home.

Now the floor was rotten but it had most of the pieces to make it whole again. I have pretty good wood working skills so I Started with the floor this last weekend and it went well Nice new (2) layer of 3/4 plywood and managed to save the fiberglass belly pan.
I will try to attach a photo of where I am at now.
I am trying to talk to someone that has one of these so I can figure out a few things Like top material attachment to the Pop up and body and a few other small things

Not sure what I will do with this thing when I am done but always love a good winter project.

Larry congratulations on you cool acquisition! There are other Mity Lite owners on this forum and hopefully they will give you feedback. If not, you can search the membership directory for Mity Lite owners and then send private messages. I believe there is a brief waiting period or a small number of posts you need to make before you can send private messages.

Have to ask, did the camper come with a roof?

Yes id did come with a roof, I took it off to make replacing the floor easier.

It has both fiberglass benches and the bulkhead partition for a closet up front

All I am missing is the kitchenet cabinet, I think I will build one.

Taking the original fabric top to the shop so they can make a new one as well as the screen for the door today. and need to know how to reinstall it as it was off already when I purchased it ??

Next is to figure out what to do for paint on the outside, It is pretty nice now but someone tried fixing shoe chips and used Bondo so it has 5 or six brown spots Maybe I just paint flowers where they are and leave the rest original.
