Let Me Introduce Daisydo

Picked up our first Trailer ever today. She is a 1977 Trillium 4500 and she seems to be in pretty good shape for her age. We are eggstatic! She needs a good cleaning outside, inside is very clean. Hopefully no big surprises.

Wow, you did good!! That's a great looking Trillium. Once you give it a good wash and shine, she's going to be stunning.

Welcome to the group!

Welcome Garry. Nice find. Looks solid. Make sure you check the tires. If it's been sitting they could be dry rotted. A little cleaning and she will be stunning. Congrats and welcome to the FGRV family.

Thanks, everybody. She has been sitting for 5 years so new tires are in order.I,ll be checking on the hubs/brakes as well.We found her through a friend and payed 4000 clams for her.The furnace is gone ,stove and fridge intact and hopefully working.First thing will be a good cleaning and waxing, bellyband will be done next winter.I see a couple of small bulges on bellyband. Window frames are not covered in silicone/goop which is a good sign.cheers all

Gary, Thanks for the serial number. Do you have any pictures of the curb side? Is all of your top bunk intact. Is the fold out piece there? It kinda looks like it is missing.

Also, in your third picture, I can see some of the furnace. What is missing?

I like the Trilliums too. There are some good resources in here, experts on these. You found the right place. Good luck.
