My husband and I drove to Breckenridge, Colorado last week and adopted (e.g. bought) the
Perris Pacer that was
for sale there. We camped on the way home and greatly enjoyed ourselves. That is, until Sunday evening when we were in Calisoga, California. That was the night of the tragic fires in Napa and Sonoma Counties. We ended up stuck there for two days, due to road closures and just arrived home in Humboldt County last night. The smoke was heavy and intense and we're trying to wash everything, including ourselves, today. Although we were inconvenienced without food etc. - everything was closed - we are grateful we're safe. We are saddened by the loss of so many homes, businesses and worse, the lives of people and animals. Holding everybody close in my heart...
