Location of Identifier

Hi I am Smokey--I recently bought a 13 foot fiberglass camper at an estate sale. The problem that I am against is that there are no papers, registration or ID , and the people running the sale knew nothing about the unit. II think I can do a little research and find what make, model and year this little guy is for sure. I will need this info if I ever want to get it licensed. Can any of you guys tell me if and where a serial number may be posted. Possibly stamped on the tongue or frame. Am I looking for a metal tag or a stamped number? Thanks in advance for any help. Yes, pictures would be nice, but many have the VIN on the driver side leg of the A-frame between the trailer and the hitch.
