I wanted to fill in a few things I would have done differently if I had known better at the time...

So I had set a jack under the hinge side of the door to square the opening while I fibre-glassed in the floor... I was under the impression that the front of the trailer had sagged over the frame and that the sag was somewhat Isolated... as I look around the trailer and the internet it seems that in actuality it was this balloon effect of the walls sagging out that was more likely the culprit. If I was to do this again I would think along the lines of jacking the roof up and somehow clamping the lower part of the walls together before fibreglassing it all in place

I am also very happy with the marine plywood choice, although after seeing how pretty it could be I started thinking about cdx for the sub-floor patches fibreglassed in, then a layer of 1/8 or 1/4 over the whole floor to bind together the seems and be finished on top as the final floor

We were wondering about the plywood that rolls up from the floor and up the front wall... Well it seems like it is actually end grain balsa. Boat building stuff

I thought I had rot under the propane regulator mounting screws, pushed a screwdriver though the fibreglass and the wood under it was soft. Turns out that I did have a little bit of rot but really not that bad. The wood sandwiched in the glass on this part of the trailer is just soft end-grain.

Ironhinge, interesting but not totally surprising. My 4500 has thick layer of resin on all plywood subfloors in the benches. So I wouldn't have guessed the curved subfloor in front is balsa. But below the bargman 400 lock inside the door there appears to be a block of balsa plywood
