New 16' scamp owner - Hello

My wife and I just bought a 2009 Scamp 16' with side dinette and bath (6). We pulled it from Fargo ND to Cook Mn with our Honda Pilot and got 17mpg, which is better than we expected -- hurray. I am going to install a solar electric system soon, and we plan to head to Utah national parks this fall. I really like the idea of staying at campgrounds instead of RV parks.

I have one question for everyone. Where do I go to dump and refill tanks after spending time at a campground? Do RV parks allow dumping/filling for a nominal charge, or are there other places to do this? What is a good online site to find places to do this?

I plan on explaining my solar installation when I get started. I am still researching option. My daughter is an engineer at a small solar design/install company in Minneapolis, so I can get insights from her and her company. They are currently buying panels for $0.99/W, and most online sites have them for ~$1.5/W, so a 200W system with controller and inverter should cost ~$600. I am still trying to decide how best to attach to the roof. Do I use screws, bolts or VHB adhesive. I am leaning toward bolts or VHB
