Scott, I am going to re-post your info in the serial number thread. That way it will make it onto the list:
Serial numbers on a Trillium

Your serial number, plus your door window, and I am guessing your kitchen does not have protrusion for a larger fridge, all add up to a 1977. I have a 1972 1300 that was registered as a 1979, when I bought it.
Roy in TO has an RM211 in his 1979, but the kitchen still has room for a larger fridge.

You can do two more, I just got tired of the step by step. Lazy I guess.

Scrape scrape cut cut

Old silicone can really suck eh? This is on the top of belly band.
This job has been done before on this rig an I can see how it would leak when I was blasting the band with pressure water to get stashed away grime behind the band. Hoping anyways ....hoping to avoid window removal for now. Also I was hoping to use a Sika product but no one is able to sell it local. May use 3m urethane but it is black and not sure of the UV resistance. It is used for bonding in windshields and lasts ages in that use anyway..very tough.

Any thoughts?

Three weeks, (if you are as slow as I am) and your Trillium's belly band will never leak again.

Thanks David. Very tempting. Will do the bb delete task over winter or fall...right now I need to get some use out of it now with the fam so I just cleaned the area well and went with a good silicone again. Have to hit windows and awning strip rivets on roof.
Cheers,
John

Ummm. Silicone is not your friend. Mono Ultra would have been a better choice. Not such an issue on the belly band, if you are planning to grind it off, but it will fail after about 3 years, and it will be very hard to remove, as you know.
