Locking pin

There are lucking pins on my Jr.
The pin goes through the elongated hole in brace, into hole in FG rim.
And my front window is the side-slide opening kind.( w/ screen)

Bob, I was already planning on going with a straight axel, and springs plus adding cross-members, basically following Larry&Carrie build.

Any thought on Axel's and springs from Tractor Supply or Northern Tool?

I'm not finding any CJ builds that have gone with a torsion axel any thoughts?

I've been thinking about doing that since I want to add Brakes, and that means replacing the existing axle because there aren't any brake drum mounting flanges on it. I gotta check into what it will cost me here in San Diego.

Lift arm lock pins

On my Hunter the arms that hold up the top has metal pin that go thru a hole in the arm when vertical thru the slide and the fiberglass. The pin is attached with a short length of chain about 12" to the fiberglass just ahead of each slide. The pin is about 1 /4" in dia. and 1 1 /4" long with a good size knob on the end of it.
